Technology companies, scale-ups, SaaS and software providers, AI and data companies, cloud and infrastructure providers, cybersecurity firms, IT services and consulting teams, startups, founders, and engineering and product teams.

No. Selection is merit-based and decided by an independent jury against published criteria. There is no public voting.

Nominations open in May 2026, the early window closes 30 July 2026, and nominations close 15 September 2026. Places are limited and offered first-come, first-served.

Each entry is scored on Demonstrated Impact, Technical Originality, Innovation and R&D, Customer Outcomes, Scalability and Growth, and Evidence Quality, totalling 100%.

The gala is held on 14 November 2026, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. The dress code is black-tie and winners are announced live.
