Understanding the Two Fees
There are two distinct fees in your participation journey — one to take part, and one that only confirmed winners ever consider. Knowing how each works makes the whole process simple and transparent.
Paying any fee never guarantees winning — selection is independent and merit-based, decided entirely by the jury.
Nomination Fee
This is the first and only fee required to take part. It places your entry into the awards and into the independent evaluation.

Winner Package Fee

Nomination — Important Notes
- Paying a fee does not guarantee winning.
- Selection is merit-based and decided by an independent jury.
- Award credits are valid for the same-year award program only.
- Nomination fees are non-refundable.
- Nominations are non-transferable.
- There is no carry-forward to another year.
- The organiser may verify any information submitted.
- False information may lead to disqualification.
- Logo and name usage must follow the official branding guidelines.
- Winner-logo usage needs confirmed winner status plus an approved Winner Package.
Winner Package — Important Notes
- Only confirmed winners may order a Winner Package.
- Ordering a package does not influence selection.
- There is a 10-day ordering window from the date of announcement.
- One award title equals one Winner Package.
- One package applies per program.
- Multiple categories won in one program still require only one package — for example, if a company wins at the World Technology Awards in three categories, only one Winner Package is required for the World Technology Awards.
- One physical item of each type is included per package.
- Extra physical items are available at an additional cost.
- Materials are personalised with your name, category, and year.
- Title, logo, and branding rights apply once the package is ordered and approved.
- If a package is not ordered, all references must be removed within 15 days.

Ordering a Winner Package
Confirmed winners place their order within the 10-day window after the announcement. Items are then personalised and prepared for you.
Shipping
Physical items can be shipped to you at an additional cost, or collected in person at the gala ceremony.
Eligibility & Selection
Only confirmed winners are eligible. Selection is 100% jury-based with no monetary influence on the outcome.
