- Decentralisation & Trust Model — the degree to which control, custody and governance are genuinely distributed rather than nominal.
- Adoption & On-Chain Traction — verifiable usage, active addresses, value secured and retention rather than vanity or incentive-driven metrics.
- User Experience — how effectively the product abstracts complexity and makes Web3 usable for its intended audience.
